App troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. From the home screen, tap Apps.

  2. Swipe to, then tap Settings.

  3. Under "APPLICATIONS", tap Application manager.

  4. Scroll to, then tap the desired app.

  5. To force stop the app, tap FORCE STOP. To clear the cache, tap CLEAR CACHE.

  6. To uninstall an app, from the Play Store, tap the Menu icon.

  7. Tap My apps.

  8. Scroll to, then tap the desired app.

  10. Tap OK.

  11. To reinstall the app, tap INSTALL.

  13. To update an app, from My apps, scroll to, then tap the desired app marked with "UPDATE".
