Email settings

Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To access the email settings, from the start screen, tap the Email tile.

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. Tap Accounts.

  5. Tap the Desired Account.

  6. Tap Change mailbox sync settings.

  7. To set the email check frequency, tap the Download new content dropdown menu.

  8. Select how often the device fetches data.

  9. To change the domain, tap the Server entry field.  Enter domain information and tap Done to confirm.

  10. To change other settings, from the email settings page, tap Options.

  11. To set an Automatic Reply, swipe to and tap the Send Automatic Replies toggle.

  12. Enter the Desired automatic response.

  13. To edit the message signature, tap the Signature field, edit text as desired.

  14. To toggle the message signature on or offtap the Signature toggle.

  15. To add another email account, from the email settings page, tap Accounts.

  16. Tap Add account.

  17. Select the type of email account you want to add and follow the prompts with the email account information.

  18. To delete an email account, from the email menu, tap Accounts.

  19. Tap the Desired account.

  20. Tap Delete account.

  21. Tap Delete to confirm.
