1. While on an active call, to mute or unmute a call, tap the Mute icon.
   Note: When in "Easy" mode, you can't mute a call, place a call on hold, create a conference call, or access advanced settings.
   
2. To put call on hold, tap the Menu icon then tap Hold.
   
3. The Hold icon will be displayed in the Notfication Bar. 
   
4. To resume the call, tap RESUME CALL.
   
5. To add a call to an existing call, tap the Add call icon.
   
6. To turn Speakerphone on or off, tap the Speaker icon.
   
7. To turn on the Extra volume feature, tap the Menu icon and then tap Extra volume.
   
8. Tap the Bluetooth icon to use a headset with your device. Follow the prompts to properly connect.
   Note: If prompted, tap TURN ON.
   
9. The Bluetooth icon will be displayed in the Notification bar. 
   
10. To show the keypad, tap the Dialpad icon.
    
11. To hide the keypad, tap the Hide icon.
    
12. Push the Up and down volume keys to adjust volume during a call.
    
13. To access the home screen while on a call, press the Home button. 
    
14. To return to your active call, tap the Phone icon. 
    Note: You can also tap the Active call to return directly to the call (Step 15 will be skipped).
    
15. Tap Return to call screen.
    
16. To end a call, tap the End call icon.
