Messaging Settings

Change text (SMS), picture (MMS), emergency, and AMBER alert settings.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To access the text & picture message settings screen, from the home screen, select the Messaging icon.

  2. Select the Menu icon.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. To enable or disable Notifications, select the Notifications checkbox. To change the ringtone, select Select ringtone.

  5. Select the Desired ringtone, then select OK.

  6. To adjust text/picture mesage limit, select the Delete old messages checkbox to turn the feature on or off.

  7. To view the Service center number, scroll to the Text (SMS) messages section. The number will be displayed under Service Center.

  8. To set emergency alerts, scroll to the Emergency alerts section, then select Receive emergency alerts.

  9. Select the Desired emergency alerts.

  10. To restore default settings, from the Settings screen, select the Menu icon.
