  1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Software update, then Check for updates.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
  5. The device automatically restarts once the new software successfully installs.

Verify software update

  1. Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
  2. Scroll to and tap About tablet.
  3. Select Software information to view the Android and Baseband version.
  4. If the Android and Baseband versions don’t match the current update details; perform additional updates until they do.
