From your U-verse remote control:
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Use the right arrow to scroll to Help.
  3. Use the down arrow to scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve.
  4. Press OK.
  5. Use the right arrow to scroll to Internet.
  6. Press OK.
  7. Follow the prompts on your TV.
