Helpful tips

Message management links let you delete messages, mark them as read, and more. To fully use this feature, make sure to select Forward incoming messages and keep original.

When you get a forwarded message, select the message management link. Just enter your pre-populated phone number and the PIN used to sign in to your Unified Messaging mailbox from the phone.

The quality of the automated transcription depends on the caller's pronunciation, speed of delivery, background noise, and whether the caller is using a speakerphone. Short or unclear messages may not be transcribed. For best results, we recommend updating your greeting to request callers speak slowly and clearly.
