Select the account you want to sign up for paperless billing, if you have more than one.
Confirm your info and turn paperless billing On or Off.
Follow the prompts to sign up for, or cancel, paperless billing.
Check your email inbox to verify your email address and finish signing up. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folders.
Repeat these steps for each account you want to update.
FYI: If you stop paperless billing, you'll start getting your monthly bill through U.S. mail within two billing periods.
Manage your bill
Go to My bill anytime to view, print, or download your bills for up to 16 bill periods. Heads up: You can't stop paperless billing with some services or if your credit status requires it.
Scroll to My linked accounts and select Edit for your email address.Â
Follow the prompts to update your email and then select Save.
Check your email inbox to verify your email address and finish updating your paperless billing details. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folder.
