If you:

  • Signed up for service through a promotion and cancel before your service commitment ends, we may charge penalties and extra fees.
  • If you cancel on a weekend or holiday, here’s how it’s handled:
    • Holiday: Handled the next regular business day.
    • Weekend: Handled during our weekend operation hours, which vary by region.
  • Have an AT&T email account, you have to wait 30 to 60 days after canceling the service to delete it. Learn how to delete your AT&T email account.
