  1. Go to Make payment. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Enter your payment details.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

You can make a payment by calling our automated system and following the voice prompts. There’s no charge to use the automated system. But, there is a convenience fee if you pay over the phone with a Customer Care rep. Have your payment info and passcode handy when you call.

  1. Dial from your wireless phone, and we’ll provide your balance:
    • *PAY (*729) for English
    • *PAGAR (*72427) for Spanish
  2. Follow the voice prompts to enter your payment details. After completing your payment, you'll receive a confirmation number.

TXT-2-PAY

With this free service, we’ll send a text with your wireless balance six days before it’s due. Simply reply to the text message, and your payment will be charged to the payment method you’ve set up.
