Billing and payments

In this section you can:

  • View your current bill and due date.
  • Make a payment from your phone or tablet.
  • Set up or manage AutoPay.

Groups and devices

Device groups help you organize devices, such as kids’ devices or work phones. You can:

  • Create a device group.
  • View and manage the devices on your account.
  • Apply settings, like Downtime, to a group.

Need help

Find the Need help section on any of the tabs. If you can’t find something in the app or want help with your device or connection, you have a couple options.

Get help with Andi (AI assistant)

Andi is an in-app assistant that can help answer common questions and guide you through tasks. To start, go to the Home screen, scroll to Need Help? and tap Ask Andi to open a chat.

Ask Andi can:

  • Use chat to get help with common questions and troubleshooting.
  • Provide help with account tasks, like understanding your bill or checking plan details.
  • Give you guided help to compare devices or plans.

Troubleshoot

Tap Troubleshoot to access articles and find info about your services, devices, and account. You’ll also find step-by-step instructions to help you resolve many issues.

Services

Devices

If you have wireless service you’ll see the phone numbers and devices for your account. If you have internet, you’ll see the devices connected to your home network. Select any device to get info or learn about features and actions you can apply to it. In wireless device details you’ll find:

  • Plan: Check your plan name or tap it to get more info. You can also review or change your add-ons, see bill details, and more.
  • Manage: Suspend wireless service, Manage NumberSync, or change your number.
  • Support: Get help with your service or device.
    • Speed test: If your device is running slowly, run a speed test to check.
    • Refresh connection: Having trouble connecting to the AT&T mobile network? Try refreshing your connection.

Good to know: All services on your account will be listed. Select the service to get more info.

Controls

Manage device groups

Organize your devices, such as kids’ devices or work phones.

Connected devices

Review the devices on your account, including wireless and internet devices, sorted by usage.

Usage

Get usage info for your devices.

Locations

Keep tabs on family member’s devices with location sharing.  

Security

Get info about the strength of your mobile security and ways to manage it. Choose to block fraud and spam calls, send them to voicemail, or accept them.

FYI: You can turn on Wireless Account Lock to disable specific transactions and account changes for all devices and lines on your AT&T WirelessSM account. Select the person icon to access Account settings and Wireless Account Lock options.
