Get help with Andi (AI assistant)
Andi is an in-app assistant that can help answer common questions and guide you through tasks. To start, go to the Home screen, scroll to Need Help? and tap Ask Andi to open a chat.

Tap Troubleshoot to access articles and find info about your services, devices, and account. You’ll also find step-by-step instructions to help you resolve many issues.
If you have wireless service you’ll see the phone numbers and devices for your account. If you have internet, you’ll see the devices connected to your home network. Select any device to get info or learn about features and actions you can apply to it. In wireless device details you’ll find:
Good to know: All services on your account will be listed. Select the service to get more info.
Organize your devices, such as kids’ devices or work phones.
Review the devices on your account, including wireless and internet devices, sorted by usage.
Get usage info for your devices.
Keep tabs on family member’s devices with location sharing.
Get info about the strength of your mobile security and ways to manage it. Choose to block fraud and spam calls, send them to voicemail, or accept them.
FYI: You can turn on Wireless Account Lock to disable specific transactions and account changes for all devices and lines on your AT&T WirelessSM account. Select the person icon to access Account settings and Wireless Account Lock options.
