You may be eligible for Access from AT&T if AT&T Internet is available where you live and you meet one of these requirements: 

  • Your household income is below 200% of federal poverty guidelines.
  • You participate in one of these government assistance programs:
    • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
    • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
    • Medicaid
    • Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
    • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
    • Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TTANF)
    • Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
    • Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) school attendance, including National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP)
    • Federal Public Housing Assistance
    • Veterans and Survivors Pension benefit
    • Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
    • Tribal Head Start
    • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
