Changed your AT&T unlimited plan

Offer requirements

The offer requires that a wireless line has a qualifying AT&T unlimited plan. Several unlimited plans qualify.

You can get your offer credits back by switching your wireless line back to a qualifying AT&T unlimited plan within 30 days of getting the notification text. If you don’t, you won't get the credit each month and the balance owed on your device will be due.

Next steps

It’s easy to switch your wireless plan.

  1. Go to Change my plan. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Scroll through the plans. Select Compare to my plan to get a side-by-side view.
  3. Compare plans and pick the one you want.
  4. Choose Select & review and follow the prompts to switch plans.

Canceled a new line within 90 days of activating

Offer requirements

Have you canceled service on a new line within 90 days of activating it? If you activated the new phone line so you could be eligible for the promo, your smartphone credits will stop if you cancel the line.

You can get your smartphone credits back by reinstating the canceled line within 30 days of getting the notification text. If you don’t, you’ll no longer get the credit each month and the balance owed on your device will be due.
