Activate Caller ID for Phone and U-verse TV

Subscribe to both Phone and U-verse TV and you can view the name and number of incoming callers on your TV before you decide to answer.

Set up Caller ID for U-verse TV

  1. Go to your myAT&T Account overview and choose My digital phone.
  2. Select My voicemail & phone features then Phone Features.
  3. Choose Caller ID on TV.
  4. Select On or Off.
  5. Select Save.

More Caller ID info

  • You must subscribe to both AT&T Phone and U-verse TV for caller info to display on your TV.
  • If you're recording a program on your DVR when a Caller ID notification appears, the notification won't be recorded.
  • If you're watching a recorded program when a call comes in, it will display on your TV screen.
  • If you receive a call that has blocked its Caller ID, it won’t display on your TV.
