Call Protect for AT&T Phone Advanced1 is automatically turned on. If you need to turn it off or manage features:
- Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in with your member ID.
- Choose Features, then Call filtering.
- Select Call Protect.
- Read and accept the Call Protect Terms & Conditions.
- Slide the Call Protect toggle to turn it On or Off.Â
Good to know: Want to automatically block calls that have been reported as fraudulent? Select Manage Call Protect and slide the Fraud Auto-block toggle to On.
Delete Call Protect history
To delete your Call Protect call history (up to 60 days of call logs), select the Clear history link above the list of calls. Then verify that you want to permanently delete your call history.
