Digital Phone Call Protect features

Here's what you get with Digital Phone Call Protect1:
  • Call validation: Soon you'll see a [V] on your caller ID for some calls. This means we've confirmed that the call originated from the phone registered to that number. (Remember to still be cautious when answering a call from an unknown number.)
  • Automatic fraud blocking: Each potential fraud call gives the caller a busy signal, and the call won't go through. You can toggle this feature on or off.
  • Call blocking: If you have a specific number you want to block, press *61 after the unwanted call to block that number.
  • Call log: You can see detailed call log info.
  • Suspected spam call warning: Your caller ID will show Suspected Spam and a type (Political, Nonprofit, Telemarketer, Survey, or Robocaller).

Call log features

  • Call history: View a complete history of your calls for the last 60 days. Numbers are categorized by status: incoming, flagged, or auto blocked.
  • Caller status: Select a number from the call log to see a caller's status.
  • Report call: If a suspicious or unwanted call wasn't blocked, use Report call to have it checked out. (We can't guarantee that a reported number will be blocked. Also, it doesn't obligate us, or any third parties, to investigate or report the investigation results to you.)
  • Call block: If a call was blocked in error, you can unblock the number instantly.

Quick tip: Want to delete your call log? Find the option under Settings.
