Create and manage lists

With contact lists, you can quickly send an email to all members of a group. You can assign contacts to more than one list, and you can have up to 1,000 lists.

Add a new list
From your webmail inbox:

  1. Select Contacts Contacts icon (it’s to the right of your inbox).
  2. In the left column, select the New List.
  3. Enter a name for the list and press Enter.

Edit or remove a list
To rename a contact list, select the list name and edit the text.

To make any other changes:

  1. Select Contacts Contacts icon.
  2. Select a list and then Actions above the members.
  3. Choose the task you want to perform from the dropdown menu.

Add or edit contacts in a list

Add contacts

  1. Select Contacts Contacts icon and then All Contacts.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Drag and drop the contacts you want into a list.
    • Select a contact, choose Assign to Lists, and check the list you want to put the contact in.

Edit members of a list

  1. Select Contacts Contacts icon and then select the list name.
  2. Check the box beside the contact you want to edit. Contact details are in the panel to the right.
  3. Choose 1 of the following from above the contact info:
    • Edit Details to update the contact’s info.
    • Assign to Lists to move or add the contact to another list
    • Delete to permanently remove the contact.
    • Remove from List to delete that contact from the list.

Send an email to a contact list

Have your list ready to go? Here’s how to email everyone in the group at once.
From your inbox:
  1. Select Compose.
  2. In the To field, start typing the name of your list.
  3. Choose the list name from the displayed options. You’ll see all contacts on the list in the To field.
  4. Compose your email and select Send.
