Set Do Not Disturb for home phone

When you turn on Do Not Disturb, callers will hear a busy signal or get a message stating, "The party you called is not currently accepting calls. Please try again later."

Phone headset

• Press *78# on your home phone to turn on Do Not Disturb.
• Press *79# to turn off Do Not Disturb when you’re ready to receive calls.

Online portal

1. Go to the AT&T phone portal. Sign in with your member ID.
2. Select Features, then Feature Controls.
3. Choose Do Not Disturb to turn it ON or OFF, then Save.
