Cancel or update a wireless order

It’s easy to go online to change or cancel all or part of an order that hasn’t shipped yet.

Cancel your wireless order online

  1. Go to Check order status and enter the requested info.
  2. Select the specific order you want to cancel.
  3. Select Cancel order or Cancel item, if available. Follow the prompts to confirm your order cancellation.

Can't cancel your item online? It may have been shipped already. You can still return or exchange it after it’s delivered. Read our Wireless Return Policy for important info about returns and exchanges.

Heads up: To make changes after you submit an order, simply cancel it and start a new one.

You can make changes to your order when you pick it up. Just keep in mind that items available for same-day pickup are limited to what’s in stock at that particular store.

Cancel an order you placed directly with a Ready to Go expert

Did you order a device or accessory directly from your expert during an in-home visit? You can:

Return or exchange your order

Already received your order? You can return orders placed online 1 within 14 days at any AT&T store. Learn more about our Wireless Return Policy.

Or, when you get your online order, you can exchange it within 14 days. Simply go to an AT&T store to exchange it there. You can also contact us to start your exchange by mail.
