Cancel or update a wireless order

It’s easy to change a wireless order that hasn’t been shipped, delivered, or picked up yet.

Orders that haven’t shipped yet

  1. Go to Check order status.
  2. Enter the requested info.
  3. Select the order you want to cancel.
  4. Choose Cancel order or Cancel item. Don’t see a cancel option? That means your order probably shipped already. You can still return or exchange it after it's delivered.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Heads up: Want something other than what you ordered? Cancel your entire order and start over.

Orders on hold for an ID verification

Follow the link in your text message or email. You can also check your order status from a mobile device, and then tap the link for the ID scan. Want more info about ID verification? Get answers to questions about our ID verification process

Pick-up orders

You can make changes to your order when you pick it up in the store. Items available for same-day pick-up are limited to what's in stock at that store.

Important info 

  • Be sure to pick up your order as soon as you can. If you don't pick it up within three days, we'll have to cancel the order.
  • Need to cancel a pick-up order? Visit the store where you placed your order for help. Online cancellation isn’t available.
