Add, change, or remove AT&T Prepaid add-ons

Learn how to get or change add-ons for your AT&T Prepaid plan.

Change online

  1. Sign in to your AT&T Prepaid account.
  2. Select Manage Prepaid account and then Add-Ons.
  3. Choose the add-on that you want, then select Continue.
  4. Follow the prompts to add or change your add-ons.

Good to know:

  • Prepaid add-ons set to auto renew will renew every 30 days. This charge will be deducted from your AT&T Prepaid® balance.
  • To stop auto renew for an add-on and avoid being charged again, go to Manage Auto Renew and turn it off.

Change over phone

  1. Call 800.901.9878 (611 from your AT&T Prepaid® number).
  2. Say More Options when prompted, then Account changes.
  3. Enter your four-digit password, if prompted.
  4. Say Buy add-ons, and tell us the type of add-ons you want to hear about.
  5. Choose the add-on you want and say Add it (or press 2), then follow the prompts to confirm your change.
