Change the contact email of a device user

Learn how to change the email address linked to a device on your wireless account. This makes sure the user receives important notifications.

DETAILED STEPS

These steps will only change the contact email address for a particular device. All other email addresses for your account will remain the same.

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile.
  2. Expand the wireless account where you want to make changes.
  3. Scroll to People and devices and select Show details next to the Name and number to update.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Enter the new Contact email and Save.
