- ACCESS FIT APP: With the Google Fit app, you can measure, track, and store your fitness information. To quickly access the Fit app, press the Top-right Side button.
Note: You can also access the Fit app from the apps list. Press the Rotating Side button then select the Fit app.
- Select the Arrow icon.

- Scroll down to view your fitness goals, daily progress and heart rate.

- ADD GOAL: Select Add goal.

- Select a provided goal or scroll down to Create your own.

- EDIT/DELETE A GOAL: Select the middle of the screen.

- Select Edit goal and edit your goal as desired or select Delete goal to remove a goal.

- CHOOSE/BEGIN WORKOUT: Select the Running icon at the bottom of the screen to choose and begin a workout.

- Select the desired workout, then follow the prompts to begin.

- EDIT APPLICATION SETTINGS: Select Settings.

- Select Fit account to switch between registered accounts. Select Edit profile to enter profile details such as gender, height, and weight.
