1. This device is available with approximately 17MB of internal, usable memory.
   
2. To view device memory, press the left arrow key from the Home screen. 
   
3. Select Memory Info.
   
4. To free up memory on your device, delete unwanted pictures, music, from the My Stuff menu, select Pictures > My Pictures. 
   
5. Use the up and down keys to select desired photos and videos. Select Options, then Delete.
