  2. AT&T Mobile Security & Call Protect Plus: Subscribers pay $3.99 per month. Service auto-renews every 30 days unless canceled. For Apple® subscriptions, go to iTunes® to cancel your subscription for the Plus version. 

    To remove the service entirely, you must cancel the Basic version through the app or myAT&T once your iTunes subscription ends. Payments are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law). If you have an Android® device or if your service is billed through us, you can cancel anytime within either app. 

    Learn how to manage your features by calling customer service at 611 from your wireless phone. You can also call 800.331.0500 for AT&T Wireless or 800.901.9878 for AT&T PREPAID. AT&T Wireless customers can also go to att.com/mobilepurchases. To remove the service entirely, you must cancel the Basic version through the app or via myAT&T.     Custom Call Controls (Custom Call Blocking): All call categories except Fraud are automatically set to allow.

    Enhanced Caller ID: Must be in AT&T HD Voice coverage area.

    Reverse Number Lookup: Limited to 200 queries per user within a 24-hour period.

    Secure Wi-Fi VPN: Automatically enabled only when your device joins an open (unencrypted) Wi-Fi network. It does not work when using certain video streaming apps. It is not available while roaming internationally.

    Unsafe Network Warnings: Not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. 

    Eligibility: Available for AT&T consumer, prepaid, and business (except for government) customers with eligible service. 

    Device requirements: AT&T HD Voice-enabled Android smartphone required. Functionality varies by operating system. Phones sold by other carriers or direct from device manufacturers may not be eligible.

    Rates: Includes access to both services but requires download of separate apps. Data charges may apply for app download and usage. Other charges and restrictions may apply.

  4. Automatic Fraud Blocking: May inadvertently block wanted calls, manage settings in the app.
  5. Spam and nuisance call warnings: Must be in an AT&T HD Voice coverage area to be alerted to spam and other nuisance calls. These calls may include service messages or other permitted calls; manage settings in the app.
  6. Personal Block List: Requires AT&T Call Protect app. It does not permit blocking of unknown numbers.
  7. Mobile security: Download of AT&T Mobile Security app is required. Data charges may apply for app download and usage. Some Call Protect features require that the Call Protect app be downloaded.
