Your current internet service runs on copper wires. We’ve upgraded our network in your area to AT&T Fiber.
We recently sent you a notice to let you know about changes to our network. Today, you receive internet to your home over our legacy copper network. We’re replacing it with our new fiber-optic network, AT&T Fiber®. This network provides better, faster, and more reliable internet service.
To switch to AT&T Fiber, we need you to select a plan and an installation date so we can set up your home with new equipment. We’re happy to complete the installation at no cost to you. It just takes a few minutes of your time. Here’s how:
Important: To keep your home internet, choose an AT&T Fiber plan before the date in your notice. If you don’t, your home internet service—and anything connected to it—will stop working.
Getting your home set up with AT&T Fiber is simple, and we’re here to make it easy for you. Installation takes between four to six hours. During this time, our technician will swap out the old copper wiring for the latest fiber technology—so you can enjoy our fastest and most reliable internet.
You or another adult must be home the whole time. This way, our technician can install our new AT&T Fiber service and make sure everything works just right for you. Your feedback during the visit helps us tailor the setup to fit your needs and keeps you connected without worry.
