Use Call Blocking for digital phone

Getting calls you don’t want? Learn how to block unwanted and anonymous calls.





Block calls from your phone

  • Receive an unwanted call? Press *61 to add the last call received to your call block list. Press *80 to turn call blocking off. Press *60 to turn call blocking back on.
  • Get a call that has no caller ID? Press *77 to block callers who withhold their phone numbers. Anonymous callers will receive a message that you don’t accept calls without Caller ID info. You can unblock these calls anytime by pressing *87.

Manage call blocking online

Turn call blocking on or off

  1. Go to account overview.
  2. Select the Digital Phone card.
  3. In My Voicemail & Phone features, choose Check or manage voicemail & features.
  4. Under Call Filtering, select Call Blocking.
  5. Select ON or OFF.

Heads up: Turning off call blocking won’t delete your list of numbers. You can start blocking calls again at any time.

Add or remove numbers from your blocked list
You can block up to 100 numbers.

  1. In Call Blocking, enter the number you want to block in the Add Number field.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Select Save. Blocked callers will receive this message: The number you dialed will not accept your call. After the message, the call will end.

Good to know: To remove a number from the block list, select the X next to the number and then Save.
