Learn how to access and manage call forwarding features

Use the table below to manage your AT&T call forwarding features from your phone.

If you've set up your forwarding numbers in your online AT&T account, you don't need to enter them again by phone when using these features.

Exclusive Call ForwardingForwards select calls to another number, and all other calls to voicemail. Choose up to 20 numbers in your online AT&T account, using your online portal. Press *63#.Press *83#

If your calls aren't forwarding to your voice mailbox, do the following:
  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Expand the menu for AT&T Phone for Business and select Manage my plan.
  3. Select Voicemail Settings from the My Services page.
  4. Make sure the following features are turned on and set to Forward to Voice Mail:
    • No Answer Call Forwarding
    • Busy Call Forwarding

AT&T Voicemail Access Number/Call Forwarding Number (CFN)

You use an Access Number/CFN to access your voicemail by phone. Depending on your originating location, local, toll, or usage charges may apply when you call this number. To identify your Access Number/CFN, sign in to your AT&T online account and review the Call Forwarding information on the Phone Features tab.
