Cancel business internet or U-verse TV service

For your protection, only the account owner can cancel AT&T Business Internet, Internet Air for Business, or U-verse TV service.

Things to know before you cancel

  • Weekend or holiday requests:
    • If you ask to cancel on a holiday, it will be handled on the next regular business day.
    • If you ask to cancel on a weekend, it will be handled during weekend operation hours. These hours vary by region.
  • AT&T Email Account: If you have an AT&T email account, you must wait 30 to 60 days after canceling your service before you can delete the email account.

Canceling within 30 days

You can try AT&T Internet Air® for Business risk-free for 30 days. Cancel within 30 days to receive a full refund of any applicable service charges, taxes, and fees. If you purchased a 5G Gateway, you must return it within 30 days of the purchase date (or shipping date if equipment was shipped). Restocking and additional restrictions apply.

Canceling after 30 days

If you cancel after 30 days and have an installment plan, the remaining unpaid installment balance is due immediately when you cancel your service. The balance will appear on your final bill. Review the Retail Installment agreement for more details.

Charges for any professional installation services provided aren’t refundable.
