If you receive a paper bill, then you can stop the AT&amp;T Bill Ready Notification emails you no longer want to receive. If you do not receive a paper bill, you can stop the payment reminder email only. You cannot stop the billing notification email. To stop a reminder email:<ol><li><a href="https://smb.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute?customerType=L" target="_blank" title="Link opens in a new window">Sign in</a> with your User ID and Password.</li><li>Tap the personal icon in the upper-right of the screen next to Sign Out.</li><li>Select View Profile.</li><li>Select Communication Preferences. </li><li>Follow the online instructions and turn off the Pay bill reminder option.</li></ol>
