Stored online bank account information

Learn what happens with your bank account information when you pay online.

About your bank account information stored when you pay online

When you pay online, you have the choice to store your checking/savings account or credit/debit card information in our secure system for easy payments in the future. You also have the option to not save the information.

If you have not stored any bank information in your online AT&T account, each time you make an online payment, you will need to enter your bank account information into our secure system.

If you pay automatically with a bank account, your bank account information is stored for those payments but not stored for separate, online payments.
