View adjustments on your next bill.

Adjustments are normally shown on a following month's bill.

If you have registered for myAT&T, sign in and view your adjustments the same way you view your bill details.
  1. Sign in to MyAT&T Account for Business.
  2. Select View Profile found in the top navigation area near logout button.
  3. Select Billing and Payment options.
  4. Select Manage Payment activity & options.
  5. Select See your bill, near the top of the page.
  6. Look for the adjustment in the details section.
  7. View Bill Details by looking in the Detail of Payments and Adjustments section.
