Check device compatibility

To work on our network, your device has to operate on 4G LTE network - AWS, 700, 850, 1900MHz bands

Not sure which network frequencies your device supports? Check your device manufacturer’s website.

Check device status

  • Make sure your device isn’t reported lost, stolen, or involved with fraud at
  • Confirm that your device is unlocked so we can activate it. Have a Dual SIM? Be sure to unlock both SIMs first. Go to your current carrier’s or device manufacturer’s website to unlock your device.

Gather info to transfer your number

When you order a SIM card online, you can find out if you can transfer your current number to us. If you can transfer your number, be prepared to provide this info during checkout:
  • Account owner’s name and address
  • Account owner's Social Security number or tax ID
  • Current account number
  • PIN or password, if applicable

Transfer your device to us

Check your device compatibility and order a new AT&T SIM card. You can also transfer your current number or get a new number.Get started
