Set Up Voicemail

Set up voicemail on your device.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To set up AT&T Visual Voicemail, download the app from the Play Store. From the home screen tap Play Store > search AT&T Visual Voicemail > select the desired app > tap INSTALL > ACCEPT > OPEN.

  2. Tap Begin Setup.
    Note: Alternately, you can set up voicemail by pressing and holding the number 1 key.

  3. Review the Terms and Conditions, then tap Accept.

  4. Tap Finish.
    Note: If you are a new customer and have not established a voicemail box, you will be prompted to choose a voicemail password and greeting. If you are an existing customer and you have forgotten your voicemail password, you will not be able to access Voicemail until you reset your voicemail password.

  5. Visual Voicemail is now ready for use.
