Access Voicemail
Listen to your Visual Voicemail (VVM) messages on your device.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To access Visual Voicemail on this device, from the homescreen, tap the Apps icon.
- Swipe to and tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
- Tap the Desired message to listen to the voicemail.
- Tap the play/pause key to listen to or pause the voicemail.
- Tap the Menu icon for additional options.
- The additional options allow you to Add the caller to your contacts and Share, Save, or Export your voicemail message.
- To delete the voicemail message, tap the Delete.
- Tap DELETE.
- The voicemail has now been deleted.
