Account and service TV apps

  • Account manager - Manage your account and get equipment info right from your TV. Review or upgrade your AT&T services or add premium channels and special programming.
    With your remote, press Menu and choose Help, then Account. Or, go to Ch. 9901.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve - Get help to program your remote, find your AT&T Internet Wi-Fi® info, fix common service issues, and more.
    With your remote, press Menu and choose Help, then Information.

Interactive TV apps

  • Multiview and My Multiview - Set up multiviews by topic, receiver, or watcher. Track up to 4 shows at a time on 1 screen. Learn more
    With your remote, press Interactive and choose Multiviews.
  • Pay Per View – Access 1 location to check, order, and watch or record events. Go to Ch. 101/1101 HD
  • Phone services - See your caller ID and message-ready notifications on your TV. Requires U-verse® TV and AT&T phone service. Learn more
    With your remote, press Interactive and choose All Interactive, then Weather/Services and Phone Services. Or, go to Ch. 9900.

Mobile apps

  • myAT&T - Manage your AT&T account almost anywhere, anytime. View and pay your bill, manage features, or check order status. Go to att.com/myattapp on your device to download the app, or text myATT to 556699 from any device and get a link to download the app. Compatible device and account registration are required. Data and messaging rates may apply for app download and usage.
  • U-verse app - Stream live TV or on demand entertainment. Use your device as a remote to control your DVR and set favorites. Requires qualifying device and data connection. Access to content varies by device, TV plan, and viewing location. Data charges may apply. Don’t have the app? Get it for iOS, Android, or Amazon devices.
