Spam

We can only take action against spam sent from AT&T internet IP addresses.

To report an issue, forward the message to abuse@att.net. Be sure to copy the full spam header into the body of your email. You can find it in the raw version of the spam message.

Hacking

Did your firewall detect an AT&T user hacking or attacking you? Send the source IP address, date, time, time zone, and the type of attack to abuse@att.net. Check your firewall or security applications for this info.

Viruses

If you got a virus from an AT&T Mail address, send the full header of the infected message or your firewall logs to abuse@att.net.

We can’t accept attachments, so be sure to put the information in the body of an email.

Harassment

If someone is harassing you:

• Send an email to abuse@att.net with the subject line Harassment.
• Include message headers, firewall logs, and other details in the body of the email.
• Report any threats of physical harm to you or your property to your local law enforcement agency.
