To check the status of your orders placed online or by phone, please sign in to your online AT&T account with your Primary Member ID and select Check Order Status from the myOrder card

Just ordered AT&T? You can check your AT&T installation appointment status by entering your contact phone number, 9-digit AT&T Billing Account Number; 24 or more hours after placing your order online.
