Check the status of your ticket.

Sign in to check ticket status

  1. Go to att.com/repair.
  2. Enter the Telephone Number associated with your problem.
  3. Select the product associated with your trouble ticket from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose the Check Status option from the next page.
