    Robert was fantastic. We went in today to upgrade our mobile plan, add a fourth line, and upgrade all of the phones. We wanted to keep all of this at/close to our current monthly bill. To my surprise and delight, we exceeded all of my expectations. We upgraded our plan, added a fourth line, and upgraded all of our phones to the newest iPhones - and the monthly plan is now lower than when I walked into the store. This wasn't a matter of negotiating a better price as the prices are set by the latest promotional offers set by AT&T corporate. Where Robert excelled is in walking me through this process with unwavering patience. While the process took some time, this was due to the amount of things that we needed to do. For getting what we wanted (and more), it was worth the wait. Thanks for the great customer service, Robert!

    I am NOT one to complain or write a bad review but after my awful experience today, I felt extremely compelled to write this review in hopes of saving others from having to go through what I did. I am a first responder who newly signed up with AT&T’s FirstNet plan. Unfortunately the staff at this Authorized Retailer store were pretty uneducated about this plan and didn’t know how to open and set up a line through FirstNet... but the manager ended up getting everything all set up for me (which is totally fine, because it was taken care of). 2 days later I went in and asked to get my old number back (because they talked me into opening the acct with a new number). They told me they were unable to do that even though when I called corporate they told me it was absolutely possible within the first 14 days of my new service. So a couple days later I went to a corporate location and they where able to get everything taken care of- brand new phone, a new FirstNet plan and most importantly... I got my old number back! I went back to the (authorized retailer) location to return my phone and cancel my old acct with the phone number that I didn’t want, and the staff claimed they didn’t know how to cancel or do returns when it came to the FirstNet plans and ultimately refused to allow me to return/cancel my account (I am still within the 14 day window!) I asked to speak with their manager and even the manager told me there was nothing he could do and that I was basically stuck with paying off a brand new phone and phone plan. He told me to dial 611 and maybe they could help me. After spending over an hour at the store with nothing accomplished, I left the store and immediately dialed 611 for customer care. Let me tell you... the woman from customer care that I spoke to on the phone was absolutely flabbergasted that they refused to allow me to return my phone and cancel my plan. She placed me on a 3-5 min hold and had her supervisor personally contact that store’s manager. She got back with me and informed me that she took care of everything and that I will now be able to return my phone and cancel my old plan. She also informed me that the store will have to eat the costs of restocking the phone and accessories because of their poor customer care and all of the inconvenience they caused. I highly recommend you avoid going to this authorized retailer location and stick to the corporate stores. In my opinion/experience... Corporate stores are much more helpful and knowledgeable about plans, contracts and services and seem to actually care about their customer’s satisfaction! Very thankful for the helpful and proactive over the phone customer care reps!

    We bought our phones and iPads during the dads/grads special. The lady who helped us was great. We waited an excessively long time so the manager came to our table and apologized for the wait (even though we were not complaining). Our bill has been wrong every month since. I have been trying to get a return call from them for over 2 weeks now. When I do connect with someone or go there I am told I have to deal with the manager who NEVER calls me back and is never there when I go. I am not sure what to do, other than switch providers.

    After 2.5 hours of sitting around watching our salesman fool around with the other employees I will never return to this store. We weren't given the discounts he promised, he was very inappropriate at times and we ended up having to call corporate to fix our plan.
