"Leveling up" to the benefits of this offer is easy. Simply make six (6) consecutive on-time payments on the AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan. Then, move to any AT&T Wireless postpaid phone plan like Value Plus VL to get the phone you want with $0 down and interest-free financing.

Payments that successfully renew your AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan service by the due date every 30 days, qualify as on-time payments.

Once you’ve made six (6) consecutive on-time payments on the AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan, your Level Up status automatically moves to "eligible." Check your status any time at att.com/myprepaid.

Once you’ve confirmed your Level Up status is eligible, simply visit an AT&T retail store to move to your new postpaid phone plan like AT&T Wireless Value Plus VL or Unlimited Your Way. At that point, you can choose from AT&T’s latest smartphones and get $0 down and interest-free financing.

To qualify for the Level Up benefits, your prior six (6) payments on the Unlimited Level Up plan must be on time. If you miss a payment, your payment history resets, even if you had previously been eligible. The good news is that you can start over and with six (6) consecutive on-time payments, you'll be eligible for Level Up benefits.

Yes. You will remain on the AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan until you take action to change it. However, to take advantage of the Level Up benefits, you will need to move to a postpaid plan like AT&T Wireless Value Plus VL or Unlimited Your Way plan.

Yes, you can change from the AT&T Unlimited Level Up plan to another prepaid plan at any time. However, if you change to another prepaid plan, you will no longer be able to use your payment history to qualify for Level Up benefits.

Yes, you can move to an AT&T postpaid plan, but you will not be able to use your Level Up plan payment history to qualify for Level Up benefits.

When you move to an AT&T postpaid Value Plus or Unlimited Your Way Plan, a soft credit inquiry will be run. However, this inquiry will not impact your credit score, and you're not required to provide your Social Security number. As long as your prior six (6) payments on the Level Up plan were on time, you will still qualify for $0 down and interest-free financing on a new phone regardless of the results of the credit inquiry.

Existing AT&T Prepaid® customers can move to the AT&T Unlimited Level up plan by signing in to their AT&T Prepaid account. Once you sign in to your AT&T Prepaid account, select Plans to purchase.

Yes, you’ll receive credit on your AT&T Wireless postpaid account for any remaining balance or unused service.

You can purchase the 5GB data add-on by dialing 611 from your phone or by signing in to your AT&T Prepaid account at att.com/myprepaid. Once you're signed in, select Add-Ons to make the purchase.
