Before you beginAdd the device to your account
After you add your deviceGood to know:
- Go to your myAT&T account overview.
- Select Manage my wireless under My wireless.
- Choose Add a device.
- Find "Bring your own device" and select Get started.
- Follow the prompts to order a new AT&T SIM card.
Phone numbers from another provider will transfer in 1-3 business hours if you start the process in one of our stores. Transfers can take 3-5 business days if you order your new phone or SIM card online or over the phone. If you’re transferring a non-wireless number, it’ll take a minimum of 5-7 business days.
