- October 27, 20191 out of 5Came in because my phone was not operating correctly. Had some issue going on so I came into the store. The store was not willing to look at my phone, ask my name, or any questions. The guy at the store, Jared, wanted to get back to his football game and told me to call Apple as I have an iPhone problem. I was surprised that he would not help me or give me any options. Very rude. He even suggested that maybe I should go to Verison to get service or help that I wanted.
Called AT&T and they knew the exact issue I was having and will be sending me a new phone. They were so nice over the phone and helping me before I switched. Even helped me with choosing a new phone.
If you need to go to the store do as Jared suggested and go to Verison so he can watch his football game. Maybe they will get some fresh faces who are willing to solve customer issues. - March 11, 20195 out of 5
- January 8, 20195 out of 5We had great service, didn’t have to wait more then a couple minutes and successfully transferred a line onto our plan. I also was very appreciative that once the promotional offers were explained that after I declined they didn’t continue to shove them at me! We won’t hesitate to come back in for services.
- December 10, 20183 out of 5We went to get info on upgrading our phone. The rep we had (I think and hope) gave us correct information. He was very flat with mediocre customer service. We’ve been there before a few times and have had amazing customer service.
