Me and my sister have had nothing but trouble with this store, they all lie so bad, and they don't even hide it. I am at my wits end with this store, I love AT&T but the manager Dallas so I was told? I am seeing Eric as the manager, another lie!, and Mari was our Rep. they both and a few other employees there have been constantly lying to me, and my sister. They sent my sister home with a new non working phone 1 of 2 lines , a new service !!because they could not get it working?? Who does this? My sister went to a different store and they had it working in ten minutes, I have documented everything I have been through in this store including recording them hanging up on me, and blatantly lying! I am going to call corporate and 3 on my side, I am done with all there incompetence. Stay away from this store, trust me they will do nothing but lie to you! I edited this comment, I wanted to share with everyone, we have got in touch with the retention center of AT&T and had a nice discussion about this store, and we were directed where to send the letters me and sister will write to them to get action taken on this store! Went to store to set up and transfer over my sons information. We got him an IPhone 12 and needed help setting it up. I asked the Manager Daniel if he could do that and he said they do not do that at the store. I was disappointed and had already walked out but I thought about it and went back inside to re ask the question. The manager Daniel again said they don’t do that and I asked if only his store didn’t and he said yes. I understand it was 25 minutes to close but don’t lie to the customer especially when I’ve had the same thing done before at the store. I asked him if he understood how he was answering me and he very sarcastically said that he’s already told me 3 times.
It was very sad that a manager would treat a customer away and not try to help. He didn’t even care that I told him I was going to call Corporate on him. Needles to say I would not be going back to that store. - septiembre 18, 2020

I went to the store hoping to bring back TV receivers that I found out won't work on my Internet. I was met by a young man who insisted on having my receipt TO RETURN THEIR EQUIPMENT. I told him that I asked the man that sold me the equipment but he didn't give me a receipt and he proceeded to tell me he couldn't take it back without a receipt. WHAT? Their equipment couldn't be taken back. I later went home, found the receipt which only said $39.39 on it with no description of what was given to me. How would that have helped him. There was no part numbers on my receipt, no information about me or the equipment. He put me through that frustration FOR NOTHING. Today, I called AT&T and was told to take it back to any UPS store and they would gladly send it back. How easy was that after two store representatives told me it must go back to an AT&T store? Frustration with punks that don't know how to do their job. Train them better or get rid of them. I went through needless frustration for what? So little punk guy could feel like a man? Erik is rude, unprofessional and needs management training. His lack of listening skills are as bad as his desire to talk over people.
My advice with AT&T, do not go into this store. Call AT&T until you find somebody who knows what they are doing. The store was not helpful with resolving account issues and the rudeness of the employee was so bad that other customers waiting with me in line commented on it as well.
