I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE BECAUSE AN ASSESOR IN AT&T SAN LEANDRO REQUESTED A SIMCARD AND A PLAN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND HE USED MY ID TO DO IT. Last december 14th 2021, I went to AT&T San Leandro. At the entrance there was an employee (I dont know his name yet), I explained that I was looking for a prepaid Simcard, he explain me something about it but I wanted an agent in spanish in order to understand better. He told me to wait so I waited for 20 min and nobody was available, so this employee started to request my ID just for the record, he tooked a photo of my passport with his tablet and asked me to sign, I though it was normal in order to get my turn and better assistance.
He started to do some movements in his tablet and then couple of minutes after, he requested my mobile. He input a command to get the internal information and scan in his tablet, couple of minutes later he told me that the Simcard was ready but never asked me nothing about the plan I wanted. Of course I was upset because he did that without my permission and took the advantage that I didnt know that procedure. I requested him to cancel and he told me that if I didnt like the service in 30 days I could cancell easylly but I told him to cancel inmediatelly because I didnt ask for that simcard, I just wanted information. He did somethimg in his tablet and said that it was canceled and that everything was ok. He apologized because he never ask for my permission, so I left the place.
But this is not the end, after 15 days, I have received a bill in which I have to pay 131 dollars and the due day is January 08, 2022. How can it be possible if I dont have even the simcard with me? So this employee never cancelled that service a I dont know who is using that simcard (I am thinking in the same person you are thinking). Now I need to find out a way to let AT&T knows about its employee's behaviour and how the damage is going to be repair. I will keep you updated - noviembre 18, 2021

I'm giving this store 5 stars because I received great customer service there. And, I received OUTSTANDING customer service from Misael Vazquez! He is phenomenal! Mr. Vazquez took the time to help me with every detail of what I needed done. While he was giving me 100% of his time, he was also helping and answering questions from his staff. What an amazing person. Calm, cool and smart as a whip. It's been awhile since someone has made such an impression on me re: providing A+ customer service like Mr. Vazquez did. There is no way on earth that I could have gotten through my phone debacle without him! I can't thank you enough, Sir! You're Awesome! - mayo 16, 2021

Worst service. Do not even waste your time! I waited over hour and thirty mins to be told that the store is closed and they could not help me. I asked for the store manager and was told that at 8:10 p.m. he was on a working meeting and could not help me. Then, they stated that I should upgrade the phone. Worst customer service
My previous experience with AT&T retailers has been perfect, but I was told that I had to go through a corporate store in order to get help trading in my iPhone. Going into it, I was under the impression that this would be able to get some great service but I was sorely mistaken. I was told to wait outside because of the limited amount of limit of people in the store and I understood so I waited outside for about an hour. When the person taking names for the waitlist went on their lunch my name was erased off of the waitlist. Seeing this, I promptly went inside the store and was told this would not be an issue. I waited for about 30 minutes and saw other people who had entered the store after me getting attended which was extremely discouraging. Finally, an At&t associate approached me and I explained to them the situation and was told that they would take care of it. An associate which seemed to be the manager or some type of supervisor was going around and helping people how the list was shown, though the waitlist was not accurate because my name was removed and then re-added in a lower spot. At this point it had been over 2 hours of not being helped and sitting in a cramped building with over 15 people in the same small room. I got tired of waiting with no response from any associates as to what would happen with my spot in the waitlist and left after 3 hours. This has been the worst service I have dealt with in a very long time. Please fix this
