I'm giving my at&t service with Sean 5 stars. The rest of my experience with at&t was dreadful. Sean was the ONLY one who could successfully set up my iPhone. After spending 7 hours on the phone with people at at&t customer service, I was prepared to cancel everything and go back to Verizon. I may have to go back to Sean at the Rogers store as I've recently encountered another situation, with which he may help. Give this guy a raise and a promotion. - 15 de diciembre de 2020

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN!!! This location is by far the best one I've ever been to! We walked in there with a huge mess on our hands that was created by another AT&T location and from the moment we walked in there Leah handled it with such professionalism and accuracy! It was a breath of fresh air! Leah was the most helpful and patient associate Ive ever had the pleasure of working with through this company. We walked in there with the intentions of completely canceling our phone plan through AT&T ( due to poor customer service over the phone and the previous location we had went to.) but threw the time and dedication Leah had put into our situation, we walked out of there with two new iPhone 12 Pro Max and our monthly phone bill modified to save us more money! I mean.. that's amazing! Kay and Kyle were so friendly and you can totally tell they help make the atmosphere of the store joyful and enjoyable to be in! We had many laughs with this AWESOME team! AT&T if it weren't for them, we wouldn't be with you guys today! You guys are 5 STAR customer service!! Thank you so much for everything!!! - 3 de diciembre de 2020

Leah was amazing! On Black Friday and only having 2 staff you'd never know how crazy of a day it must of been based on the customer service! No fault of theirs, I was there 2 hours and they were rock stars! - noviembre 2, 2020

My husband and I are not thrilled with the service we received on Saturday, Oct. 24 with Dez. We purchased two of the I-phone 12 Pro, one graphite and one gold. My husband received his phone in 3 days and I did not receive my gold one yet. My husband went back to the store the following Thursday to be told that the gold phone would not be delivered until mid December and Dez (the manager) should have known this as all other employees know this. I am disappointed that I was told to "just pick a color" and was never told it would be December when I receive the phone. She also tried to sell us 5 cords we did not need based on the new charging cord that comes with the phone. So after an hour spent getting this squared away I still do not have a new phone. We have never been disappointed with service before but this time was less than great.
I did go back to the store last Friday and the two gentlemen were very nice but said I would have to cancel my order which takes a few days and then come back to reorder a new one. I do not have the time to be at your store multiple times for an hour.
