1 star because it's required. Apparently there are 2 different size cases for the Galaxy s21. The store rep knows this. I mean, she works there, I don't. She was rude, but I figured I'd get the heck up outta there. Granted, this is my 2nd time going out there because the day before - when I scheduled time for myself to go - I went because their store advised they closed at 6. I was there by 5. I called no answer. So selling me the wrong case was the next knock on them.
Calmly I call the store and advise about the case. Because like the rest of America I work, am busy, and cannot just assume that all at&ts info will be wrong, I go a few days later - when I can. This was midday, around lunch time. What'll you know, blinds down again. I thought someone was playing a joke on me, but how were they to know I was coming? It's not as if they post their store hours online or anything. 😒
Then comes a Friday. Hours online. I check multiple times to confirm my timing isn't off. I arrive 1 hr prior to closing. Surely this 4th "visit" in a row will not be a waste of time, effort, money, gas, labor, insurance... and yet, it was. Blinds down, no answering phones. No way to ask anything. No correspondence. They sure the heck are accepting my money tho.
I chatted with customer service. Explained all. She advised she will note something about this and to expect some kind of deal on a case.
Today, Sunday, 6/27, I call because I have a lil time to go exchange this case. This will now be my 5th visit attempting to purchase the correct case for this overpriced phone I bought (which is another story), and I recognize the voice. Maybe I'm wrong tho. I'll just leave it at that.
I explain my situation, calmly, and extensively (remember this will now be my 5th trip so I'm going to get this right).
Waiting for her turn to speak, apparent by the huffin and puffin in the voice as I explained my situation. As soon as she can get a chance she snarkily screams IF IT'S BEEN LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS WE WONT ACCEPT A RETURN." Uh, lady, did you not hear anything I just said?
She proceeds in a smart alec way to say I should be setting up an appointment with them. Ok? And I would know that how? If I'm a cook and you're allergic to peanuts, am I just going to know that or is your advising me the more logical scenario?
Needless to say, nothing was resolved. I knew how a conversation with that voice would result. So, bye Felicia.
Back at square one. Nothing absolved humanity for the horrors of the world, but at some point, we have to realize how our actions contribute to and influence all. At the very least, if we as humans are incapable of these types of realizations, perhaps a customer-engaging position would probably work best if you could muster up a smile, some sympathy, or at the very least sthu, listen to others, and not await your turn to speaks. Apparently the feedback is being written by staff of this store. Very poor customer service, sales staff failed to notify of me of additions to my account, and manager was NOWHERE to be found on two occasions. Apparently he hides in the back on the phone with "corporate" for hours on end rather than dealing with customer complaints. Save yourself headaches and take your AT&T business elsewhere! - septiembre 30, 2020

Sold a bill of goods by manager of this particular store. Returned three days later to be told he was no longer there. Left numerous messages as well as in store visits to speak to new manager. No response whatsoever. Do not trust anything you are told at this location. In process of filing complaint with state Attorney General. Hands down, worst customer service experience on record.
