To continue helping keep our customers, employees, and communities safe, we’ve made a number of changes in our retail stores as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
• Masks are required to be worn by employees, customers and visitors in our stores and will be provided to customers who need them.
• We’re now offering curbside service, touchless transactions, and in some markets, door-step service with a no-contact virtual set-up.
• We’re also limiting the number of people in our stores to ensure social distancing and asking customers to first go online to handle some services like bill payments and device upgrades.
• Hand sanitizer is available to our employees and customers, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at regular intervals throughout the workday.

- May 19, 20201 out of 5Terrible customer service. Called today to get a SIM card. My mom's phone broke completely and she has the wrong size to switch to the phone my sister kindly gave her. Wanted to charge me for a SIM card and would not let my mom pick it up. I am out of town. Curbside pickup is being done and they still would not do it. I thought ATT is keeping us connected during this pandemic, apparently that is not the case, at least for this location. ATT customer service had it done for me with a five minute phone call and sending it over night. Thank God because she would have been stuck without a phone until I get back. Will not be visiting this store ever again, even though this is our local shop. We've been with ATT about twenty years, I've been the primary account holder over 10, spending over $20,000. You'd think customer service would be much better! I'd recommend going elsewhere.Response from AT&TJune 4, 2020Hi Megan I am really sorry about the recent negative experience. After reviewing the situation with the staff I found the reason we had such a difficult time assisting your mom was because she was not on the account as an authorized user. I apologize for the way the situation was handled , but we are not able to gain access to the account to determine if a sim card can be issued at no cost unless we scan a drivers licence to gain access. I'm sorry the team at wind gap failed to meet your expectations.
