Rachel was the one who attempted to help us and look like she really didn’t want to help us out my daughters phone has been deactivated for about a week I went Into the phone to see if I can Get a new SIM card and she refused to help us out.. gave us no information what do ever. I took It as basically she didn’t want to work. I feel If people are going to be managers and working with customers at least greet them and be Pleasant... I will never step foot in the Derby, CT store again!

I was very impressed with her knowledge about the product, every question I had she answered very well.
It is not easy to find such a professional customer service, Rachel knew about the product answered the questions I had about all the plants and was very knowledgeable in all the aspects.
Definitely would recommend her.

I needed help setting up my new phone. I am not tech savvy at all and it seemed like I was bothering her and acted annoyed, while she was “working”!?!
I am frequently over billed and when I call customer service, they seem like they are helping, but when I get a new bill, if never reflects the changes-and then I have to call back.
Customer service seems bad all around-shopping for new carrier!!
