- When does the 14-day no-risk period begin?The 14-day period begins the day after you purchase your device, or the day after your device ships.
- How do I return it?
You can mail the device back to us or return it to any AT&T retail store during the return and exchange period. Include everything the device came with. For mailing, follow a few easy steps, and be sure to keep your tracking number.
- What about my refund?
We'll refund your money the same way you paid. Modest shipping and restocking fees may reduce the amount.
- How does a warranty exchange work?
If you ever need to contact us for a warranty exchange we’re happy to help. Be sure to call or chat from a different device than the one that's affected.
Once we have the details, we'll send you a replacement device within 6 business days (or faster if you like, for an extra cost) and packaging to send back your defective device. Return the defective device within 10 days, using the prepaid label and shipping materials provided.
Note: Your credit or debit card will be temporarily charged for the value of the replacement. We'll credit the replacement value back to you once we verify your defective device qualifies. Typically, this process takes two weeks or less.
