I had a very poor upgrading experience which increased my monthly bill to super high rates. This location's manager, Cody, was exceptional in assisting me with contacting Customer Service for which I was on a one hour call to rectify my issue. Needless to say, I was able to get a much improved rate. If not for Cody and his professional, well informed and patient manner I would have left AT&T for another service. It's very rare today to come across employees with such outstanding customer service skills. Cody is an extraordinary employee and so deserving of a promotion. Please do the right thing AT&T. The manager and employees lie to make sales. I told them my current bill with Verizon, they assured me it would be cheaper. It was not so I went back to cancel, he claimed to have fixed it and told me to wait until the next bill knowing. When I went back they told me the return period had passed. I should have known because he kept talking about how he need X amount of sales to become a manager. - March 31, 2021

This is without doubt the worst “in your face” customer experience I’ve ever witnessed. <p>
On March 29, 2021 approx. 12:50 - aware of the time because of an upcoming appointment elsewhere at 1:30, I walked into the store and stopped and the designated line. I was the only standing customer in the store. There were 3 reps with customers and a security guard posed and daydreaming. Two of the desks were literally next to the entrance. Both reps looked at me and said nothing. The rep closest to the door was in a deep conversation with her person and it had nothing to do with phone service. The other rep was soon to complete his transaction. Approximately 4 mins later, two other women entered the store, passed me and stood.<p>
The male rep completed his transaction and paused. I approached his desk and he said, “you need to sign in first.” I asked, “Sign in where and with who? There’s no sign-in terminal and no one greeted me upon entry.” He said, “Well, go sit in the chair next to the entrance and I’ll sign you in”. So, I sat. He picked up his pad and asked aloud, who’s next? Then walks over to me to sign in. I couldn’t believe he actually pretended not to be aware of who was next. That wasn’t the worst part. The store manager then walks in from the back office. (I know now that he’s the manager because of his picture is on this site.) He speaks with the male rep. It was clear the rep informed him of the now 3 new customers in need for assistance; I assume because the rep pointed to the customer que monitor that had 2 names; the customer seated in the back of the store and my name. The manager said, go ahead and service the 2 ladies that had just entered. Then they both preceded to hear the ladies’ concerns. I let about 15 seconds pass, thinking the manager and rep would say to the ladies, “ok, hold on we will get to you after the customers in que. No, the manger took one lady and the other sat down to transact. <p>
I got completely blown off and ignored. I stood and said, “take me off the list”. The rep looked in disbelief that I called him on his negligence. I then left after wasting time coming from 145th Street just to ask a simple question. I was prepared to make an Apple equipment purchase if it was available. Should I assume that AT&T is not capable of handling such transactions and let the The Apple Store provide stellar service? <p>
Corporate office, you need to have a conversation with the manager of this store and suggest that he review customer service protocol. The behavioral actions of all employees involved were totally unacceptable. I will visit that store soon and if nothing has changed, I will then visit The Harlem Chamber of Commerce to start. Judging by the other reviews on this page, it seems as if the current management and staff are not committed to servicing the company’s customers with a minimum level of decency here in Harlem. - January 19, 2021

If you want great services spend your your money else where if you want good repesentives that will look out for you and not cause a hassle and is not disrespectful and and is not ghetto do not go to the name nichole,fame and the older lady with the dreads they will waste your time and theyb will not help plus they steal and they lie. I ordered online 2 phones which they basically tokld me I only had one. NO HELP AT ALL KEEP YOUR MONEY YOU WILL BE OFF GOING TO T-MOBLIE VERIZON OR SPRINT YOU MIGHT BE BETTER OFF WITH CRICKET BECAUSE WHEN I WAS IN THERE AFTER I PAID FOR MY STUFF ALL I HEARD WAS CRICKETS....RUNNNNN - January 10, 2021

My experience with atat was horrible. around the 22 nd of december i went into the atat store in harlem 125th the guy's name was antonio. I told them i wanted to do the trade in program i was trading in my note 9. I got the new apple max which i did not like and took it back a few hours later. tried to get a another phone they never called me back. they kept for note 9 and said it was to late. they charged me a 55 dollar restocked fee which i am getting off my credit card. I had a file with the state's attorneys office. i also have to file a police report. Their trade is a scam. they just want to inflate your bill every month. I should have read the awful awful reviews. The guy antonio was a piece of garbage.
